Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires a strong foundation in HR and accounting, including QuickBooks proficiency, and offers a clear path to advancing into an Office Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the leadership team, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
• Perform HR-related tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, tracking time off, and coordinating benefits.
• Handle basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and payroll processing using QuickBooks.
• Oversee office operations, including supplies management, vendor coordination, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Support compliance with HR policies and office procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve office processes and implement efficiency-enhancing solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, HR, or Accounting role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership potential with a desire to grow into an Office Manager role.
