ALOHA, Seeking a Medicare Analyst with Data and Business Analyst experience | Full-time, contract to hire | Monday to Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm HST | Remote (90%) | Must be on Oahu!!! Job Description This position will analyze data, develop insights, and support decision-making processes. Working with the outsourcing company to ensure they're producing quality work. This position requires a blend of business and data analysis skills, focusing on healthcare and Medicare/Medicare claims. The ability to present information and findings to leadership members and facilitate vendor communication/meetings. Responsibilities: Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and other data visualization tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Conduct data validation and ensure data integrity. Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and patient outcomes. Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation (nice to have). Qualifications: Experience as a Business/Data Analyst in the healthcare industry. Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables. Experience in creating dashboards and data visualizations. Familiarity with SQL for data analysis (preferred). In-depth knowledge of Medicare claims processing (Medicaid is nice to have). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
