POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Supervisor, this position supports the yard, plant, dispatch and customer service teams in all areas of yard, inventory and completed production placement within the yard; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Learn and know names of product to include sizes and color details Recognize block product for good/bad quality Learn and understand cubing patterns and block per pallet quantities Learn and understand how to change the wrap on each wrapper machine and how to properly start and stop the wrapper machines including Lock Out Tag Out procedures Knowledge of yard and specific product designated areas within the yard for stocking placement Knowledge of pallet tags and the information provided on them in addition to placement of pallet tags on products prior to stocking product into the yard Maintain cleanliness around outside lines and wrapper room areas Ability to properly complete Basalite reports Completion of daily pre-shift inspections on forklift and reporting of all problems to the supervisor immediately Knowledge of all Safety procedures and Lockout/Tagout procedures for all pieces of equipment Must demonstrate how to properly drive forklift in all weather conditions and terrain Must demonstrate how to properly handle loads, including stacking properly and in straight lines Must pass forklift test on rules and procedures Knowledge of general maintenance for forklift such as filling fluids and greasing forklift Must keep forklift clean inside and outside Must be able to read and use a tape measure Must be able to physically stack and flip block All other duties and responsibilities assigned by company or its designated representatives Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected. Predictable and Regular attendance is required. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years' experience forklift experience, loading/unloading On-the-job training experience is required to be able to perform duties and become forklift certified by Basalite Working knowledge of forklift use and maintenance Knowledge of Safety rules, regulations and procedures Ability to listen and follow directions Requires basic math, reading and writing skills Ability to shovel and do general clean up duties Predicable and Regular attendance is required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; Reach with hands and arms; Talk and listen; Stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally required to bend at the waist; Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Plant environment with loud noise, moving machinery, dusty, dirty. Outdoor weather conditions. Extreme temperatures. Wear mandatory and/or other appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Pay: $21-$23/hr
