This role involves ensuring optimal Splunk performance, supporting the Operations Technology Network, and performing Linux system administration tasks such as security patching, syslog maintenance, and troubleshooting Splunk-related outages. Perform Splunk change management tasks, such as installing, updating, and researching apps and add-ons to enhance system functionality. Administer and maintain Red Hat Linux systems, ensuring timely updates, security patching, and syslog service maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve Splunk-related issues, provide on-call support for outages, and ensure data flows efficiently across the Operations Technology Network. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Splunk performance and align configurations with organizational security and operational requirements.
