Lunghamer Ford, a well-established car dealership in Owosso, Michigan is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Office Manager. This is a full-time, individual contributor position within our Accounting & Finance department. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all office operations, managing administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and consistent processes within the dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all office operations, full GL reconciliation, including daily cash flow.
- Develop and maintain efficient processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure proper communication and resolution of any issues.
- Manage dealership cash flow and budget, including forecasting and reporting to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all financial transactions.
- Act as a liaison between the dealership and external vendors, including utility providers and leasing companies.
- Assist with other finance and accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements:
-- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management role, in a dealership setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and dealership financial operations.
- Experience with payroll and human resources management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Automate preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with a team.
