Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Events Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the planning, organization, and execution of various events. As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with the Events Manager and assist in all logistical aspects to ensure each event is a success. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional eager to grow in the events industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of event logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, and equipment management.
  • Work with vendors, clients, and other team members to ensure event needs are met.
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure all aspects of the event stay on track.
  • Support the marketing team with promotional activities and materials for events.
  • Prepare post-event reports and assist in evaluating event success.
  • Maintain organized event documentation and inventory.
