What’s a typical day as Manager of Tax Accounting? You’ll be:
• Overseeing tax accounting and reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards, as well as federal and state tax regulations.
• Managing the preparation and review of tax provisions and accounting calculations, including rate reconciliation, current and deferred taxes, and tax journal entries.
• Leading, developing, and mentoring a team of tax accounting professionals to achieve business objectives.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and possess a CPA (required); advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
• Have 8+ years of related experience at a professional level, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Possess extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local corporate tax regulations, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
