Job Summary
We are currently seeking a well rounded individual with general office/ Accounting / Administrative assistant / Customer Service experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions, bank reconciliation, bringing the books to the trial balance stage, and completing tax forms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting. Additionally, you may need to take customer's phone calls and dispatch technicians via Service Titan service software. 

Responsibilities 
  • Enter financial data and transactions
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
  • Prepare trial balance 
  • Analyze budgets and other financial information
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Complete required tax forms
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Critical Thinker
  • Good Telephone communication Skills
