Description
We are looking for a part-time Executive Assistant who is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in both personal and professional administrative support. The ideal candidate will assist in managing emails, calendars, rental portfolios, and other real estate assets while ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. A strong communicator who can build and manage relationships, this candidate will serve as a point of contact for tenants and business contacts, with the opportunity to grow into a strategic partner.
Responsibilities
• Calendar & Inbox Management:
Manage the manager's email and calendar, organizing meetings and prioritizing communications. • Real Estate Asset Management:
Oversee and organize rental portfolios, bill payments, and other property-related tasks. • Travel & Event Coordination:
Book personal and professional travel, and keep track of key family and business events. • Team & Payroll Management:
Run team meetings, manage payroll, and ensure effective team coordination. • Administrative Tasks:
Handle physical mail, make phone calls as needed, and provide support with any administrative or operational needs. • Relationship Building:
Send holiday and birthday cards to business contacts, family, and friends. • Dashboards & KPIs:
Create and manage personal and company dashboards to track KPIs and assist with strategic planning. • Notary Services:
Serve as in-house notary for real estate closings (company will pay for licensing if needed).
Job Specifics: • Hours:
Part-time, 20 hours per week • Pay:
$20-$25 per hour • Location:
Onsite preferred (Katy, TX) with openness to remote or hybrid arrangements • Work Environment:
Must be able to manage physical mail if onsite and have a calm, quiet workspace if remote

Qualifications
• Experience:
At least 2 years in an administrative or executive assistant role; real estate or property management experience a plus • Skills:
Strong organizational skills, exceptional verbal and written communication, and great attention to detail • Tech Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other project management tools • Personal Qualities:
Social, warm, good at networking, and a strategic thinker capable of offering insights and supporting company culture
