About This Role:
Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Executive Assistant! The person in this role will maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Chief of Staff (CoS), supporting day-to-day activities and performing various clerical and secretarial duties in support of the organization, programs, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, coordination, of work projects and help facilitate discussion.
- Take notes, gather and organize information about regarding work products and collaborate to improve processes and deliverables using digital tools to increase productivity.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve processes and workflows.
- Analyze and develop department-specific workflows, track deliverables, and create status dashboards.
- Provide feedback through briefs or written reports.
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, and planning sessions.
- Coordinate deliverable status inputs to respond to data calls and action items.
The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting a DoD Agency as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Strong oral communication
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently
Professional Certifications: N/A
Education: A.A. in related fields
Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

The “Nice-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) and Navy ERP

The projected compensation range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 (hourly USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
