Job Description
· Provide full administrative support to busy executive, handling phones, emails, calendar, travel, and day-to-day office management
· Maintain global calendar; schedule meetings and appointments
· Compose from dictation and prepare responses to correspondence and other inquiries as appropriate
· Prepare reports and presentations, and manage a variety of projects on a daily basis
· Conduct research and prepare reports; research records and obtain information for other associates as necessary to perform assigned duties as directed
· Work with sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality
· Retrieve daily e-mail
· Operate a variety of office equipment including a computer terminal, calculator, copier, telephone answering equipment and others
· Liaison with various domestic and overseas suppliers and others as needed
· Make arrangements for travel and accommodations for executives and staff, including trade shows and other travel
· Other duties as assigned
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Previous administrative experience supporting senior level executives
· Excellent organizational, project management, problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Very strong computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
· Responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
· Able to work overtime as needed
