Job Description
Our business is growing, and you have the chance to be a part of something very exciting. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Las Vegas team.
This role will support the CEO and wider business with meeting coordination and preparation, regular reporting and correspondence, assistance with vendor management, as well as any general administrative work as directed by the CEO and Senior Leadership team.
This opportunity will see you working with our Global teams outside of the USA, in Canada & Australia in a varied and busy role. Your can-do approach and adaptability will ensure your success in this position as well as general business acumen and solutions focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high level support to the CEO and Leadership team
- Manage the CEO’s calendar including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
- Assist in event planning by coordinating trade shows and events while staying within budget
- Conduct research, run reports and gather data to support the decision-making process for the Leadership team
- Prepare detailed meeting agendas on behalf of the Leadership Team, taking meeting minutes and reporting back to the team
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cross collaboration and communication
- Duties as assigned by the CEO and Leadership Team
Skills & personal traits
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant that has worked directly with a C-Suite executive
- Friendly with clear communication and written skills
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- Resourceful with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Required Education and Experience
- Min 2 years of administrative experience working with executive leadership teams and C-suite level stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge & understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- Experience demonstrating analytic skills in a professional environment, problem solving mindset
- Minimum High School diploma; College preferred

This is a full-time role. 40hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. An attractive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate with an immediate start date. We also offer a co-payment Medical Benefits program as well as access to an Employee Assistance Program.
