What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner—Cybersecurity. In this role, you will work on all programs that need cybersecurity input. As the Product Owner, you help maintain multiple concurrent program schedules and backlogs while ensuring the team can run efficiently and focus on security-specific engineering work rather than program status tracking. You will help the manager monitor program status and metrics while assisting the team in effectively planning their sprint work to meet all milestones.

This hybrid on-site position is at our Oak Creek, WI headquarters. You will report directly to the Manager - Avionics Security Assurance.


How You Will Do It:

  • Provide purpose, direction, and motivation to team members in alignment with objectives established by the project architecture(s) and customer(s).
  • Understand product features to support the refinement of the team's work, as well as the definition of solutions and decomposition into stories.
  • Works with the leadership team to prioritize work to ensure features are completed and deployed by dates committed for product deliveries.
  • Manage multiple project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
  • Interacts with customers to understand the technical aspects of the product.
  • Participate in new opportunity proposals.


What We Look For:

Required

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or I.T. from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product development within an engineering environment.
  • A working understanding of Agile development frameworks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with product, engineering, and business partners, including proven ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.


Desired

  • Familiarity with avionics development is a plus.
  • Product Owner certification (CPO, PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience in safety-critical industries (e.g., aviation, automation, medical).
  • Experience with Risk Management Frameworks (RMF).
