Le Parfait Paris in San Diego, CA is looking for one delivery driver manager to join our 5 delivery person strong team to delivery our French Bake and pastry goods. We are located on 3555 India St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Job Description:

·     As the Head Driver you will assist with the daily delivery, van maintenance, warehouse organization and recruiting/training process. POSITION AVAILABLE NOW.

Benefit:

• Full time
• Hours: 3am to 11:30am
• $23/hrs
• 2 days off in a row

Job responsibility:

• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule and deliver in one piece all goods.
• In charge of the van maintenance:
• Weekly wash vans to keep it clean
• Bring vans to be serviced when needed
• Check Vans is properly functioning on a weekly base
• Manage stock of Blue Def Diesel exhaust fluid and purchase accordingly
• Keep the warehouse organized
• Hire, train, schedule and managed drivers
• Assess your drivers
• Work on the delivery process and establish guideline to facilitate it
• Weekly handy man in equipment maintenance

Qualifications include:

• Clean & Safe driving record
• Valid Driver’s License
• Food handler license
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $22.50 - $23.00/hour.
