We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a full time/direct hire basis at our Corporate at Nashville, TN . As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and managing projects to ensure successful delivery of hardware and software solutions. You must have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results within tight deadlines.On-site position Responsibilities:Conduct business analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesDevelop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of hardware and software solutionsManage project teams, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are metMonitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders, including senior managementIdentify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projectsEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established processesContinuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectivenessGather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics toolsLiaise between various business departments and groupsAssess options for process improvement, including business process modelingMaintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operationsEffectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisionsResourcefulness and creative problem-solving skillsOur Employees Enjoy:A Competitive Pay RateBenefits Package: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) PlanPaid Holidays, Vacation, and Paid Sick DaysOngoing Training401(k) Bonus Potential upon annual eligibilityProductivity Bonus potential after one full year of employment Requirements 3-5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and/or Business Process AnalystAbility to quickly assess and understand new business domains, challenges, and pain points and to work with technical colleagues to arrive at novel solutionsExperience interviewing and eliciting requirements from business stakeholdersExperience with modeling business processes visually using techniques such as swim lane diagrams, flowcharts, and domain modelingStrong technical writing skills includingExperience writing user training documentationExperience reviewing and editing technical documentationExperience in leading or supporting end-to-end and user acceptance testing managementExcellent communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills to: Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders and senior leadership.Present technical ideas and high-level concepts to internal and external team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge.Bachelor's or Master's degreeSalary Description $75K - $80K Annually
