Job Overview

As a member of the RxAnte Product team, the Business Analyst will serve as a key team member supporting the development of priority product enhancements and new technology solutions for MPS. The Business Analyst also manages projects between internal development teams and pharmacy stakeholders. In this role, the Business Analyst gathers, validates, and documents information to support the product development process. The Business Analyst will work closely with the MPS Product Director to support critical projects to advance the Product vision for the organization.

Primary responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with leadership at MPS, MPS staff and members of the Product and technical teams to understand, define, and document product requirements. Produce well-written and comprehensive documentation in the form of specifications, process maps, wiki pages, and other materials to communicate product changes to the Product, Web Services, Data Services, and analytic teams. Observe MPS to identify business problems and opportunities for improvement within the pharmacy. Lead high-level scope definition, gather business requirements, and obtain level of effort assessments for new requests from MPS. Support change management and the creation of product feature guides and other training materials to support training of MPS staff Review and triage inbound product development and enhancement requests from MPS Collaborate with Product Director to complete diligence on new vendors, capabilities, or features for MPS Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure project requirements are met Perform basic analytic tasks, including understanding of business problems or research questions and data analysis and interpretation Requirements

Bachelor's degree in management information systems, business administration, mathematics, healthcare administration, communications or related field 3+ years of professional experience with experience in healthcare; pharmacy management systems and pharmacy fulfillment software experience preferred Collaborative and able to work across an organization to accomplish goals Proficient at listening, assessing and responding to stakeholder feedback Excellent verbal and written communication skills This position is based in Northern Virginia with approximately 80% of the time spent working remotely and the remaining 20% at our Sterling, Virginia, facility
