Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and operationally sound Manufacturing Supervisor who is bilingual in English and Spanish to oversee daily production activities. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in the manufacturing process while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and on time.

• Monitor workflow, manage schedules, and allocate resources to maintain optimal productivity.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.

• Communicate effectively with team members at all levels, providing guidance and support in both English and Spanish.

• Train, mentor, and motivate employees to achieve individual and team performance goals.

• Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless production processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

• Strong operational and organizational skills with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Ability to lead and inspire teams while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Familiarity with production metrics, scheduling, and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing-related software preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
