JOB SUMMARY

Returns Processor

We are seeking a Returns Processor who will be responsible for counting, sorting, and weighing incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoice, examining stock to verify conformance to specifications, and storing articles in appropriate locations. The warehouse clerk will fill orders or issue supplies from stock, and prepare periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock. In addition, this person will also be responsible for assisting the RMA Department as needed.

This position will be out of our Ontario, CA office reporting to the Manager of Facilities & IT.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Receive materials and RMAs
• Stock Inventory
• Prepare packing for shipment
• Clean and organize warehouse, equipment, and items in stock
• Pull materials against orders, assemble, pack for delivery
• Update stock records to ensure availability of items
• Sort material according to serial number
• Assist in cycle counts and annual physical inventory of the warehouse
• Perform product final mechanical inspection before packing
• Perform cable testing
• General assembly-kitted material
