Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector to expand the client base.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth areas.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and establish new connections.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment between client needs and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
