Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector to expand the client base.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth areas.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and establish new connections.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment between client needs and talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT staffing or recruitment industry.
