Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Travel Med Surg RN for a 13-week contract assignment in Syracuse, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated RN with strong med-surg experience to work in a reputable facility providing compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementing nursing interventions for medical-surgical patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of safety and care.

Qualifications:

• Active New York State RN License.
• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of 2 year's of experience in a Medical-SurgicalLevel 1 or 2 trauma facility.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent teamwork abilities and a commitment to patient-centered care.
