Description We are seeking an experienced and hardworking individual who can collaborate in a team environment and wants to be part of a growing organization, acting as a key point of contact and integration for the Marcom LA team across the Services Organization focusing on Sports initiatives. This position requires a proactive, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills. You will be a unique combination of a creative and strategic problem solver who partners with teams across the company to successfully deliver campaigns throughout the year. Responsibilities Drive the strategic development & execution of integrated marketing communications, and provide deliverables for the product communications. Partner closely with Marketing Leads, Executives and Internal Services partners as a key point of contact and integration for the Marcom LA team on Apple Sports. Collaborate with an outstanding team of Creative Directors, Producers, Writers, Designers, Planners, Content and Project Managers, and work across the Services group including Advertising, Print, Retail, Channel, Film, and Geo teams to ensure alignment on priority initiatives. Drive creative marketing solutions across multiple categories including product launch support, digital advertising/social campaigns, cultural moments, roadmap planning, and platform development. Build trust, credibility and influence across multiple internal partners in a highly matrix’d organization. Minimum Qualifications 13+ years experience in Marketing Communications. 13-20 years experience leading creative marketing initiatives with 6+ years leading teams. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Creative Agency and Global Brand Experience. Sports Brand Marketing background. Understanding and experience in Subscription Marketing preferred. You have a strong understanding of measurement and testing with the ability to apply rigor to the application of those results to future work. You are inventive, adaptable, creative, and results oriented with high energy and a positive attitude. You thrive working in a fast-paced, creatively driven organization, and are comfortable with ambiguity and change. You have a start-up mentality and an ability in making the complex, simple. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $211,700 and $318,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
