Horizon Media LLC seeks a Director, Digital Analytics in New York, NY. Duties: Interact with the Business Intelligence team, assuring the data is being properly automated and transformed for use. Work with media and planning teams to understand the client business needs and media objectives. Work with brand strategy and media teams to understand business objectives. Assist in leveraging the vast amount of data, synthesizing it, and building models and data visualizations to help inform media decisions. Coach and mentor junior staff.Supervise, train, and manage Junior Analysts, Analysts and Senior Analyst on the team. Manage client expectations successfully throughout the engagement and ability to suggest and work on models to better analyze client data and optimize KPIs. Innovate to create novel Multi-Touch Attribution models, Media Mix Modeling techniques to forecast budget, allocate media, analyze media reach and frequency, and recommend market testing, A/B testing to client. Create new and custom solutions for clients. Build SQL respective database to gather datafor statistical models and machine learning algorithms. Collaborate across teams toassure data is being captured accurately in the database, this will involve submitting Jira/Asana tickets to the appropriate Analytics group if data is missing or inaccurate. Build client facing data visualization for live dashboards in Tableau and other data visualization software. This position supervises 4 subordinate employees in the roles of: Manager (1), Senior Analyst (1), Analyst (2)Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Marketing Intelligence or related field plus 3 years of related experience. Requires any amount of experience in all of the following:• Python or R• SQL based scripting• Media platform experience (DCM, Google Analytics and Search Ads 360, DART,Omniture)• Statistical and machine learning algorithms (using regression, classification forecastingyield models)• Mobile, social, tablet measurement approaches as well as understanding of role of multitouch attribution in media evaluation.• Designing A/B tests and understanding of Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and MultiTouch Attribution (MTA).• Tableau• AWS cloud services (S3, Redshift)$170,000-$190,000 per year.
