Pay Range:  $24-$27 per hour, depending upon experience

What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable Clerk/Receptionist? You’ll be:
  • Processing accounts payable including securing proper approvals
  • Filing and maintaining all AP records
  • Maintaining positive vendor relationships
  • Setting up and maintaining all vendor records in the SAP system
  • Processing and booking expense reports
  • Supporting month-end closing
  • Handling ordering and stocking supplies
  • Coordinating meetings and business lunches
  • Handling light front office receptionist and phone duties
  • Providing backup support for accounts receivable
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have 2+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Are proficient in large ERP accounting system (SAP)
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel
  • Are organized and detail-oriented
  • Have good communication skills
  • Possess strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Have flexibility and a can-do attitude
