Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $60,000- $65,000

What’s a typical day as Maintenance Specialist? You’ll be:
  • Performing all maintenance activities related to your assigned action area, including predictive and preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment breakdowns involving mechanical and electrical aspects of machinery
  • Analyzing failures or equipment technical loss causes and suggesting improvements
  • Executing tasks using the Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Supporting operators and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Possess 4-6 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, welding, plumbing, fabrication, and HVAC
  • Are proficient in reading electrical prints and have basic computer skills or the aptitude to learn them
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, production, and management
  • Are skilled in operating a forklift and have training in 70E compliance and basic knowledge of OSHA requirements
  • Can work any shift and are willing to be on call on a rotating weekend basis
