A leading acute-care hospital located in central Vermont is now searching for an experienced Professional Development Nurse Medical Oncology to join their accredited healthcare team.

Reporting to the Director Clinical Education, the Professional Development Nurse will develop and manage the training and educational needs of a 30-bed inpatient Medical Oncology unit that services various medical, oncology, and palliative care patients. Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, developing training plans, serves as a staff mentor, and collaborates with unit leadership teams.
What’s Needed to Succeed:
- Master’s degree in Nursing obtained or in progress
- Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Vermont or ability to obtain
- Prior educator or preceptor experience in a similar clinical setting
