Key Responsibilities: Raw Material Handling: Lift, walk, and dispense pre-weighed raw materials (5-45 lbs) into blend and pre-mix tanks. Bag Handling: Lift and dispense 50-55 lb bags of powdered raw materials into blend tanks. You'll be handling 1 to 5 bags per batch. Drum Movement: Safely move 55-gallon drums weighing between 100-700 lbs using a drum dolly. Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling dangerous chemicals. What We’re Looking For: Education: High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required) Skills & Qualifications: Strong Math Skills: Ability to accurately calculate quantities and measurements. Hands-On Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively with your team. Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure accurate handling and mixing of materials. Physical Requirements: Heavy Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. Active Work: Must be comfortable with physical tasks that require walking, lifting, and handling raw materials. Safety Compliance: Willing to wear protective equipment such as respirators and chemical-resistant clothing when required.
