Location: 45 Earhart Drive, Suite 102, Williamsville, NY 14221 Our Sales and Project Coordinator play a crucial role in our projects. You will review all plans and specifications, calculate square footage takeoffs from blueprints and drawings, create estimates, review quotes and follow-up on contract set-ups. Internally, we call this position Estimator and Sales Support. Sales and Project Coordinator Pay Range: $42, 000 - $52, 000 and up, based on experience Core Contributions: Review paperwork, provide breakdowns from blueprints, and create pricing estimates on projects. Create and build long-term relationships with customers and installers. Handle customer requests, such as sending out samples, submittals, and product information. Work closely with Technical Sales and Order Processing Supervisor for purchase orders and material breakdowns on their jobs. Minimal travel to attend a national trade show and visit job sites. Essential Experiences: Associate degree or equivalent experience 1 years of sales experience, preferably within the construction industry Ability to read and understand construction blueprints preferred, but we can train you!
