Key Responsibilities for the Construction Superintendent - Denver
- Run/manage commercial construction project from start to finish
- Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Mentor and manage team members
- Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings
- Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
- Develop site utilization and logistic plans
- Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism
Profile
The Successful Construction Superintendent - Denver:
- Ground up commercial construction experience
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial/ multifamily construction superintendent
- Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software
- Ability to travel for out of state assignments. This is a Denver based opportunity but some travel may be necessary.
Job Offer
Competitive salary & bonus opportunity based on experience
- Salary usually between $93,500-131,000
