PRIMARY FUNCTION Yulista Holding LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Support Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team. The Talent acquisition support specialist will assist in various recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and communicating with candidates. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist with the recruitment process by identifying and contacting potential candidates. Utilize various platforms to engage potential candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases. Communicate with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information. Support the preparation and distribution of recruitment materials. Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to recruiters. Perform administrative tasks to support the Talent Acquisition team. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree is required. Must have at least 5+ years of HR experience in the DoD industry. Must have experience supporting Talent Acquisition. Must understand Employment Law and OFCCP. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
