About the Role

We are on the hunt for a strategic and proactive Director of Enterprise Sales to spearhead the establishment and growth of a talented team of Enterprise Account Executives. In this exciting remote role, you will play a critical part in formulating and executing a robust enterprise sales strategy aimed at not just meeting, but surpassing revenue expectations, while focusing on enhancing market reach within the enterprise sector.

This is a high-impact position where you will collaborate closely with the CEO to develop a comprehensive sales framework, engage in activities to close significant deals, and unearth new business growth opportunities across North America and beyond.

We seek a candidate with strong leadership qualities, exceptional team-building capabilities, and excellent communication skills. Building lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders is essential. You will also align sales initiatives with broader company objectives, generate in-depth sales reports, and stay attuned to industry trends to seize new growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, and an MBA is highly desirable. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales leadership roles, with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets.

This role requires outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills, along with proficiency in CRM software and other essential sales tools. Although this is a remote position, regular travel will be required, including monthly visits to the head office.
