Job Title: Stockroom Operations / Material Handling
Job Type: Full-Time (up to 12 months, with potential for extension or permanent hire)
Location: Lenexa, KS 66219
Schedule: 1st Shift, 4x10’s (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $19 - $21/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a Cycle Counter with strong attention to detail and accuracy to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cycle counting and material handling, with familiarity in kitting and order picking as a bonus. This role ensures inventory accuracy and supports efficient stockroom operations.
Responsibilities
Verify the quantity and condition of inventory items.
Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory records using barcode scanners and computerized systems.
Execute stock transactions through a computerized inventory system.
Assist in pulling and kitting orders as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma/GED required.
In lieu of a diploma, 4 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
Experience:
2-3 years of cycle counting experience required.
Experience in order picking and material handling preferred.
Skills:
Basic math skills and data entry proficiency.
Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and attendance.
Valid driver’s license.
U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person status required.
Schedule & Overtime
Day shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday (4x10 schedule).
Overtime opportunities available.
Physical Requirements
Constant standing.
Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds.
Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
