What will you do? Assist management with: Supervising and coordinating activities of associates on a per-shift basis, including training and enforcing work procedures and service standards Managing the department staffing schedule Analyzing and resolving all problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management Estimating, requesting, and inspecting supplies and inventory Ensuring the accuracy of all deliveries Partnering with chefs and other back-of-house associates Projected work will include strategizing and developing a plan for process improvements More about you High school diploma; enrolled in a program Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical requirements Must be a current student in an undergraduate or graduate degree program Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Are you able to perform all of the following: Long-term standing, walking, bending, reaching, repetitive moving items up to 30 pounds?
