Client Details

This Client has operated in the Nashville market for over 30 years and have a wide reach in Tennessee. They are in search of a well rounded Individual who can manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Experience with Light Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality, this group offers a wide range of construction planning and management services and are always committed to understanding their client's needs.

Description

    • Run/manage project from start to finish
    • Manage Nashville Construction team
    • Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
    • Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
    • Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
    • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

    • GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    • Experience with Concrete, light industrial and steel frame construction a plus
    • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction Project Manager
    • Experience running a project from start to finish
