The RoleQuidelOrtho is seeking an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager to lead the integration and optimization of Order to Cash (OTC) business processes using a state-of-the-art SAP solution with the HANA platform, Simple Finance, APO, BI/BW, ARIBA, and BPC. Vistex Knowledge is a plus. The ideal candidate will partner with the Commercial organization, IT, and technology suppliers to create process and technology solutions that enhance OTC operations globally. This hands-on position also takes on project management leadership on large initiatives and is a key influencer in global solution architecture and design decisions working across business operations in NA, Latin America, EMEA and ASPAC regions. Primary location is Raritan, NJ (hybrid schedule), and open to remote based in the United States.
The Responsibilities-
Collaboration: Engage with Commercial stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable projects that align with the Commercial technology strategy.
Workshop Leadership: Lead solution design workshops and gather business requirements from cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
Advisory Role: Provide insights to Commercial business leaders on industry trends and innovative approaches to leverage technology effectively.
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, including planning, resource allocation, financial management, and risk mitigation. Assemble and coordinate project teams, including external suppliers.
Team Management: Build, manage, and develop a team of technology professionals.
Relationship Management: Foster and enhance partnerships with solution providers and external stakeholders.
Technical Oversight: Ensure the effective technical support of Order to Cash solutions.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is a plus (Computer Science or Information Technology, Mathematics, Supply Chain management or similar).
Minimum 8 years of industry and leadership experience with an emphasis on designing, building, enhancing and integrating global OTC business processes, leveraging SAP technology solutions emphasis on AATP (Product allocation) and batch search strategy required, Vistex is a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in project management, particularly in managing cross-functional global projects in a flexible organizational setting
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.).
Must be able to adapt and thrive within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 15%, domestic and international.
Preferred Skills:
Proven experience in building and leading teams, with the ability to communicate effectively across various management levels.
Knowledge of business strategy and consulting methodologies as well as quality and process improvement methods such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc. is a plus.
SAP Certification in Sales and Distribution (SD)
Internal Partners: Commercial leaders, IT, Global partners.
External Partners: Vendors, Technology Suppliers
WORK ENVIRONMENTHybrid of onsite with possibly to be remote. Office Setting and travel as needed, up to 15% domestic and international for projects and vendor meetings.
Salary Transparency
The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $108,000 to $183,000. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time), and paid Holidays. All benefits are non-contractual, and QuidelOrtho may amend, terminate, or enhance the benefits provided, as it deems appropriate.
