Responsibilities:
• Operate tools and equipment to assemble products
• Perform basic and advanced assembly operations
• Ensure quality using blueprints, gauges, torque measuring devices and other tools
• Use precision measuring devices
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Conduct 5S and Safety Stop Audits
• Participate in continuous improvement processes
• Support cross-training in the shop
• Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or mechanic environment preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated and self-driven
