Quality Group Leader

Job Description A large automotive OEM in Hamtramck, MI is looking for a Quality Group Leader within the Quality Department to supervise a team of UAW members. You will be responsible for driving accountability through people and processes which may require difficult conversations in a unionized environment, work cross functionally with other departments to ensure efficient processes, think of innovative ways to make processes better, strive to increase productivity, keep track of timecards, pay employees and handle conflict resolution if needed. This is a fact paced environment so you will need to be organized and possess good communication skills.
