As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale public functions. You will work closely with our event managers and other team members to ensure that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently and effectively.

Pay Range:
$25.50 - $34.00 hourly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
- Support event managers with logistical arrangements, including venue selection and catering services.
- Help coordinate transportation and accommodation for event participants as needed.
- Maintain event calendars and timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to promote upcoming events.
- Prepare materials and supplies for events, including registration packets and signage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
