Curries (an ASSA ABLOY company) is expanding our Order Processing Team and is hiring a Frames Specialist for Order Processing. This role will be based out of our manufacturing facility located in Mason City, IA. What would you do as our Frames Specialist, Order Processing? You will r esolve questions regarding order processing of frames, maintain all work instructions for processing and serve as Frame Order Processing expert in all new products, and mentor new frame processors as needed. You would also: Provide frame order processing assistance for OE. Assist a ll departments in regard to processing or manufacturing of frames. Assist with the development of system/process enhancements that will improve Regional Customer Service / Order Processing Team’s quality and productivity performance to meet or exceed company objectives, while maintaining appropriate consistency among regional teams. Develop and maintain frame order systems, procedures, work instructions and guidelines as needed to meet company goals. Research and resolve Internal non-conformances (change orders) in all manufacturing facilities. Initiate change orders for OE, customer service, service center manufacturing, and other departments as needed. Pull processor drawings for each run for RVI. Maintain standard production drawings and hardware code master files. Create and maintain profile and anchor master files, and quick ID numbers. Enter processing order overrides and subcomponent formulas as well as RVI order updates. Research external NCRs for customer service and service centers. Create and update hardware drawing query notes. Process and initiate service center manufacturing parts orders for the machine shop. The Skills and Experience you need : High School Diploma or GED Ability to read and interpret mechanical design drawings required, with experience with sheet metal product design and fabrication preferred. Thorough understanding of CURRIES frame order systems, software, and procedures required. Good understanding of commercial door and frame hardware preferred.
