Lead Superintendent - Commercial

Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from site preparation to final walkthrough.
• Manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports and as-built drawings.

Profile

• Experience: At least 10 years in commercial construction, with 5+ years in a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent role managing projects $10M or larger.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and Florida building codes.
• Attributes: A hands-on leader with excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a strong commitment to excellence.
