Openings on 1st , 2nd and 3rd shifts

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Setting up and operating machines, both conventional and CNC.
• Performing preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Working on a variety of complex parts with close tolerances.
• Troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and production efficiency issues.
• Supporting Lean Enterprise, Quality, Safety & Productivity initiatives.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Are mechanically inclined and have strong mathematical skills.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Have machine operation experience.
• Have technical school certification or completed an apprenticeship program.
• Can work effectively in a team environment.
• Are committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
