Position Title: Medical Device Assembler
1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM
Pay Rate: $24 Hourly

Job Responsibilities:
Medical device assemblers are responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of various medical devices, equipment, or components.
- Assembly: Previous experience performing assembly responsibilities under microscope is required. Assembling parts or components to construct medical devices according to specific instructions or guidelines.
- Assembly will take place in a clean room environment. Must adhere to proper gowning procedures.
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, including checking for defects or irregularities.
- Testing: Conducting tests or trials on assembled devices to verify functionality, performance, and safety.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues or problems with the assembly process or finished products, often working closely with engineers or supervisors.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of assembly activities, including documenting any deviations from standard procedures or any issues encountered during the process.
- Adherence to Regulations: Following all relevant regulations, standards, and protocols related to the manufacturing and assembly of medical devices, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or ISO standards.
- Safety: Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their colleagues.
