About the Role

We are actively seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing to spearhead and enhance our digital marketing initiatives and customer acquisition strategies. This pivotal role is designed for a leader operating in a performance-driven environment, with expertise in direct-to-consumer (DTC), Amazon, and marketplace channels.

The ideal candidate will take charge of full-funnel acquisition and retention strategies, effectively managing a talented team engaged in essential digital marketing activities, including paid social, affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, social media, creative operations, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and website management.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record in performance marketing, particularly in overseeing substantial advertising budgets. You should be experienced in end-to-end management across various ad platforms, especially Meta/Facebook, with experience managing at least $800k/month in ad spend.

Your responsibilities will also include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), developing robust testing frameworks, and analyzing campaign performance to continuously optimize strategies. Exceptional leadership, recruitment, and mentorship skills are vital, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a lean team.

Experience in a similar sector, especially within fast-growth, customer acquisition-focused DTC e-commerce or digitally native brands, is highly desirable.
