CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years Project Coordinator experience
- Experience in coordinating with manufacturers and handling logistics
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to mult-task and handle various projects simultaneously
Job Details:
- $20-$25/HR
- Monday-Friday
- 8:30am-5:00pm
- Located in Louisville, KY 40213

- Serve as the primary contact for assigned projects after orders are placed
- Work with the sales and office team to ensure projects are scheduled and installed on time
- Communicate with clients regarding delivery
- Confirm installation dates and adjust shipping timelines with manufacturers
- Follow up with clients after installation to ensure satisfaction
