Description : As an Administrative Assistant at Micron Technology, Inc., you will perform administrative support to enable effective organization and communication in a fast-paced environment. This role contributes meaningfully to customer groups by improving the smooth operation of processes and activities within the position's scope. Key responsibilities and tasks: + Include, but not limited to: + Coordinate and organize team meetings and site events including: + Conference room reservations + Facilitate catering + Act as liaison to other Administrative Assistants + Coordinate office moves + Distribute incoming communications and evaluate to identify those items needing priority attention + Conduct research and compile data for review as needed + Ensure smooth office operations + Distribute incoming mail and packages + Arrange and track package shipments + Schedule maintenance and repairs for area office equipment + Maintain office supply ordering and inventory + Order and maintainoffice equipment and act as liaison with contractors + Serve as an effective liaison between various Micron sites anddepartments in the resolution of day-to-day administrative problems + Provide area support (daily as needed requets) + Provide back-up support to other ID1 administrative assistants + Train incoming Administrative Professionals as needed + Backup Travel and calendar support as needed for Front End Vice Presidents Qualifications : + Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related communication tools + 3+years experience providing general administrative support + Excellent calendar management skills + Experience arrangingcomplex travel for domestic & international destinations + Proven ability to interact with team members at all levels of the organization to support multiple activities in parallel + Reliable attention to detail, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality + Outstanding written and verbal communication skills + Strong decision-makingskills, Ability to work well without direct supervision + Strong organization and execution skills-personally highly motivated + Notary Public Education : + Associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
