Our client in Washington DC is hiring for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full time permanent role and pay will vary based on years of experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission.
Job Requirements
+ 2 years of administrative experience required.
+ Experience as an EA supporting VP level and above.
+ Calendar management experience.
+ Travel arrangement experience is required.
+ Business correspondence experience.
+ MS Office proficiency is required.
Job Description
+ Provides high-level administrative support to both CEO and Governance offices.
+ Manages meeting scheduling, calendar, and travel management for the CEO.
+ Handles expense reporting.
+ Supports meetings and events.
+ Assists with scheduling and executing committee meetings.
+ Tracks pertinent volunteer information.
+ Operates at a high pace with a sense of urgency.
+ Requires strong problem-solving skills.
