Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; Three to Five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties
- Prepare presentations, special reports, and email correspondence
- Review internal reports and requests for audit
- Responsible for reception and telephone duties for executive staff
- Coordinate and schedule meeting and travel arrangements for up to 200 members of the corporate IT department
- Coordinate the CIO's schedule; prioritizing functions and appointments
- Schedule and initiate catering services for meetings and events
Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; Three to Five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience supporting executive level leadership
- Ability to work effectively in independent environment
