Outstanding Opportunity - Engineering Manager Location: Brandon, South Dakota Type: Direct Hire, Salaried Salary: $98,800 - $144,500 Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional OT) Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Brandon, SD. In this leadership role, you’ll drive manufacturing excellence, implement Industry 4.0 technologies, and optimize operations to improve product quality, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee a team of engineers and technicians, spearhead lean manufacturing initiatives, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of process engineers and manufacturing technicians Optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement using lean principles Manage engineering projects, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Implement new technologies and process improvements Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Foster cross-functional collaboration to align with company goals Must-Have Qualifications: B.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering 10 years of process engineering experience Expertise in lean manufacturing, ISO9001, and IATF16949 Strong project management and data analysis skills Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, and MRP systems Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects Why Join Us?
