Accounts Receivable Specialist - Dynamic Team in Bolton
We are actively searching for a diligent Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our clients finance team in Bolton. In this role, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, overseeing the billing process, and ensuring accurate, timely payments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to make an immediate impact on the financial operations of a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist
Manage and streamline the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payment.
Review and monitor aging reports, proactively following up with clients on outstanding balances.
Reconcile AR accounts, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain precise financial records.
Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and enhance collection strategies.
Contribute to process improvements and assist with special projects as the Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role in AR, collections, or billing.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to customer service.
Proficiency with accounting software and Excel for tracking and reconciling accounts.
