Job Description
A client in Chicago is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. They will be overseeing a contact center transformation effort. Supporting the development and enhancements of the applications agents use to assist customers calling in. Some of the projects they will be overseeing will be from scratch and they need to put together the project plans, budget, risk assessment, etc. and further drive requirements throughout the delivery.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years as a Project Manager within an app dev project
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Extensive experience with creating and managing end to end project plans
Extensive experience tracking budgets, managing change requests, forecasting
Well versed with SDLC and been a part of multiple application deliveries from start to finish
Experience with a contact center technology: Salesforce, Genesys, CXone, Nice, Collabrio, Microsoft CRM null
