Human Resources Responsibilities:
The Manager of Engagement and HRMS is a key strategic role supporting the CHRO and HR leadership team by delivering critical insights through data analysis, optimizing HR systems, and driving employee engagement initiatives. This role combines HR analytics, HRMS, employee engagement, and project management to inform decisions, enhance employee experience, and implement special projects aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities Data Analytics and Reporting Develop and manage HR metrics, dashboards, and regular reports on workforce trends, including headcount, diversity, and engagement. Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for leadership to proactively address workforce challenges and improve employee outcomes. Create predictive models to forecast and mitigate potential HR issues, such as turnover risk and engagement fluctuations. HRMS Management and Optimization Serve as the in-house HRMS (e.g., UKG) expert, overseeing system configurations, integrations, and enhancements to streamline HR processes. Collaborate with HR team to maximize HRMS functionality and automation, driving efficiency and improving the user experience for employees and managers. Lead efforts to promote system adoption, full utilization, and proficiency. Employee Engagement and Culture Development Design and implement employee pulse surveys and assist in analyzing engagement survey results to create actionable follow-up plans with HR and department leaders. Leadership role on the engagement committee and assist in recalibrating and chartering. Develop initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and communication strategies that promote a positive employee experience. Act as a liaison between leadership and employee groups, ensuring alignment on engagement strategies and capturing employee feedback. Project Management Lead cross-functional HR projects that align with organizational goals, including workforce planning and employee retention initiatives. Coordinate the roll-out of new HR programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Work closely with departments like Finance and Operations to improve the overall employee experience through data analysis and project-based initiatives. Strategic HR Support Partner with the CHRO and HR leadership team on long-term HR strategy, contributing data analysis and insights to inform decision-making. Research and incorporate industry trends and best practices, translating insights into actionable strategies for maintaining a competitive HR advantage. Support the CHRO in preparing presentations, proposals, and strategic materials for executive and board meetings. Qualifications and Skills
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. Experience : 4 years in systems and people management, analysis of data, or similar roles. Technical Skills : Proficiency in people management systems and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent desired. Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data analytics desired. Analytical Mindset : Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable HR strategies. Project Management : Demonstrated success managing projects, with strong organizational and time management skills. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
